that's the problem, though, it is currently an area of natural (and in some parts ancient) woodland that already has use by public/tourists
it moves Balloch from being a cheap day trip from Glasgow where you can walk about a bit and go on a boat, to a resort for monied folk who can't be arsed going to the highlands proper
