| Comment | The super secret way to get a free bin is to say that your bin got dropped in the lorry. It happens often enough for it to be believable, but not enough for them to change anything to prevent it. It’s not your fault, it’s not the fault of the refuse collectors…it’s just something that happens sometimes. Forgot to include it in my previous comment, but it would probably resolve things quicker than anything else!
