There's a fish factory in Baillieston that take minimum wage people with no experience so there's plenty of good jobs, in places like this aswell there's usually options to get training for forklift or ppd if you're reliable. And long term I'd move out of Glasgow it's a shit hole as we all know so working in Aberdeen or Edinburgh or even cheap fast growing cities like Manchester a bit further away could be good, alot of the time moving out can help you get a fresh start
