So they’ll be temporarily out of pocket as this cash cow is over. But they’ll just liquidate the business walk away from their debts and start a new venture.
New venture will probably be very similar if not identical but have a slightly different name.
I don’t know why the govt don’t crack down on this behaviour but it’s really common.
