Comment	So, if you're into running at all, my mum used to meet up with the Run Talk Run group in Glasgow. They'd all run/walk and chat for about a distance of 5km and there was all types of people and running abilities who were part of the group. There is a Glasgow East and a Glasgow Southside group, although both groups meet up in St Enoch's square. The Southside groups meet up on a Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm, and the other group meets up every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
