Checked “martial arts” in maps and there’s a taekwondo place near govanhill I think. I know not southside but Used to do karate with Ta Ka Kai n they used to hold classes in maryhill and auchinairn (think they’re just in the latter now) they were decent but might be helpful, a bit far to travel since thats more towards bishopbriggs
