| Comment | That graph actually shows that you are wrong about most relationships starting online. Under 40% of relationships started online for all years up to and including 2020. Values for 2018 and 2019 are around 32% and 34%, respectively, so, extrapolating to 2022 by eye it'll end up around 46% of relationships starting online this year. A decent chunk, definitely, but not most.
Looks like either 2023 or 2024 could be the tipping point. Maybe post this again next year!
Also, what kind of relationships? OP said friends, but the graph could easily be about online dating instead... Not even sure it's relevant. |
