| Comment | I had to do a charge back through my bank (Monzo). I gave it 14 days from the date it was cancelled. By this point, J1 had shit down their Instagram, FB and website, weren’t answering the phone and had not responded to emails.
I paid with a debit card, but managed to get it refunded by raising it as a disputed transaction. According to my bank, they haven’t even responded to the dispute. If you paid via credit card it should be easier.
The weird thing was the transaction was just to ‘Flaming Lips’ not Ticketmaster or Skiddle. The e receipt I got was to Junction 1 directly. |
