Yeah, Tradeston is almost ridiculous, and I'm not even talking about those Wallace Street buildings.
Literally just over the squiggly bridge there's a wholesalers, a car dealership, an abandoned office building, and a literal empty patch of land. So much land being very poorly utilised considering it's right in the heart of the city.
