| Comment | The police won't do anything, because they like the junkies to stay in one place so they know where they are if anything kicks off. Making them scatter like rats involves more paperwork if a crime gets committed.
And that's the point...no crime has been committed (yet). The council is your best bet...start with them. :) Or get a water bucket/hose and soak them away (kidding, don't do that....) |
