| Comment | Everyone telling you this is normal, now it very well may well be for your street, but there’s no harm calling the police if you feel it necessary or you’re unsure. They’ll be in a better situation to evaluate whether it’s something they need to do something about or ignore. You can do this anonymously on the non emergency number 101.
Also if they get a bunch of calls about the same incident then they’ll take it more seriously, so basically if you’re the only neighbour to call then your other neighbours clearly aren’t fussed by it and then it’s probably normal |
