Comment	Magnolia. The colour-scheme is called Maggie White. It's a generally inoffensive colour to paint a flat your letting, and if the tenants care enough to change it, it's easy to paint over. Having said that - I've worked decorating flats for a landlord and as such have developed a deep hatred of Maggie White.
