Dadsnet on Facebook has a Glasgow section, its pretty quiet these days since covid but if you ask about people around you I am sure there would be a few people.

Going to your local park at regular times often means you see the same people and most dads / parents are in the same position / happy to chat and can make friends that way.

Been though this for a while, moved to Glagow just before my 4yo was born so tricky starting from scratch with little ones (and covid). Feel free to message me if you are on my side of town (Kelvingrove), bit far away for a trip to the pack though
