| Comment | Wouldn't that start the whole argument that cyclists should also have provisional license? FYI I do have a provisional license but never managed to pass my driving test but its made cycling on the road a lot easier as I know the road rules. But there will be folk who don't drive or have ever done lessons, especially if they are teenagers, using bikes and scooters |
