| Comment | Interesting. I thought this was one of the more cost-effective programs. If I recall, the plots were between £40k and £50k with services and a design code rather than traditional planning permission. Having tried to find land for years, this is among the lowest I've ever seen.
It's super interesting comparing self-build options to new builds, too! I was looking into Dan-Wood prefabs, specifically Point 140.13E. Price-wise, it's probably on-par with a similar size new build. But the build quality and spec is significantly better. |
