I'm going to ask again, though, what do you consider a crash? And did your "Crash coming, yes, definitely" comment refer to the housing bubble OP referenced or something else? If the former, what do you consider a crash? Would stagnating house prices during high inflation constitute a crash or do you expect a significant fall in sold house prices?
