| Comment | Fly to Amsterdam with your cat in the cabin and then try to catch either a ferry to Newcastle or one of those Polish or Eastern European minibuses that are regularly carry people between Poland etc. and Western Europe. You can travel with pets on some of them. Many offer journeys PL-NL and PL-UK, my guess would be that they drop passengers going to NL en route to UK, so they might be actually happy to get someone to fill that space for the rest of the jouney. It's a door-to-door transport, which on one hand is and advantage, on other it's that they operate only on very rough schedule, I never travelled on those myself, but some of my friends did and it works that you are given a day and rough idea when they will be turning up to pick you up (like: morning, afternoon, evening) and then the driver calls you when he is couple of hours away. Those minivans transporting people cater mostly for Polish people, so their websites will be in Polish, but if you need more, you can google "przewóz osób do szkocji" "przewóz zwierząt z opiekunami" and you should find something. Then if you call them, they should speak English. If you can travel separately from your cat, there are also professional companies carrying pets door to door from Poland which tend to be much cheaper than their western counterparts and equally proffessional, another example here: [https://pet-tour.eu/en/home-page/](https://pet-tour.eu/en/home-page/) And you can also try to find something on blablacar or other carpooling websites - my friend regularly travels using blablacar with her dog. |
