| Comment | I reckoned that between TV license, contents insurance, heating and electric, internet, and then having to deal with a sleazy landlord or letting agent it might be better to go for dedicated student flats.
She's not keen on a flat share. This place is a studio apartment with an individual kitchen and en suite and all the above included.
The cost isn't really an issue. It's within her (dad's) budget. I just wanted to make sure there were no horror stories about the place |
