Town's mostly fine for a wheelchair. The main streets are wide and there's always low bits at crossings.

Plus, because it's town, there's rarely anyone parked on them.

Getting to the Hydro from town, the Broomielaw has no crossings so there's no stop/start. It's wide and flat and decently paved, with ramps rather than steps where there's a height change.

Only problems are once you get off the main streets, like Argyle St or Buchanan St. Blythswood hill is a bastard. It's steep, the pavements get narrower, and there are people parking on street during working hours.
