Exactly what a mental decision they scrapped the trams to make the roads clearer for cars and buses. The old lines are still there under the tarmac.
I think I've been watchin too much simpsons but imagine a monorail that runs along the river from the city centre all the way out to the airport. Could have taxi/bus hubs next to each stop.
