| Comment | They don’t use builders sand. It’s kinetic sand that easily sticks together. and is easier to mould into shapes. I used to work in the White Company on Buchanan Street and used to see one guy setting up his pitch at 8am. The statue took him about 30mins and then he just brushed it for the rest of the day. One of my colleagues asked him to create something else other than dogs, but he said they’d tried other animals but dogs always pull in the most money. If you look at the statues every other day, like we had to, you’ll see they are all slightly different. No two dogs are the same. |
