| Comment | We did the same and not regretting it, since the quality of life in the West end is pretty nice and higher prices do mean that it's less likely you get rough neighbours.
We also missed on cheaper flats where people bid crazy amounts over the home report value. I am still not sure why people do that, I guess not everyone can qualify for higher mortgage, however, it must take years to save on lower salary. |
