Point 11 — how is it offensive to share names of lawyers I know have had very successful outcomes in cases of people I personally know? Maybe you’re just sour you weren’t on that list.
Point 15 — PIRC are useless. They won’t get involved until the Police have investigated their own complaints and even then they offer little other than an apology and a waste of time. If they actually had influence over organisational changes, things would change.
I don’t claim to be a legal expert, but I do believe people should know the above especially since the post was off the back of the Police kicking in somebody’s door incorrectly and dragging a disabled lady out of bed. |
