| Comment | Better yet, use the contact page from the Police Scotland website. It gets forwarded to the correct jurisdiction and the police have to open a report. Take a couple photos next time they're out. When the police do turn up, show them the photos and explain what's been happening. More than likely the local beat cops know the kids and will just have a chat with them. Worked for me when we had a few hopping our garden fence to drink, leave rubbish, and knock over our patio furniture. They haven't been back since. |
