| Comment | That's correct but this is part of the reason why I cannot see it succeeding in the rest of the UK.
The UK's problem is it is too focussed on London as a central hub for business. Any infrastructure in London sees an excellent return.
If I was to rip up Britain and start again, all public transport would be free and tax payer funded, but wealth would also be evenly spread across the UK and not just London.
That's not how it is though. |
