| Comment | We have references and a CV specifically for our dog from previous landlords, but landlords rule us out without even seeing them. This worked for us in the part and one of our previous landlords said that it was the adorable doggy CV that tipped them over the edge. But the market wasn't this competitive then. But maybe we should just wait until the last minute and then try. |
