| Comment | We would ideally love to live Southside, but the prices have gone crazy! We used to live in Shawlands when we were renters. We really regret not buying in the area now - we used the First Home Fund, which means when we sell our current house we’ll have to give 10% back to the Scottish Government. Feel like we’ll be going back to square one now… People keep saying that the property bubble will surely burst and that this madness in the Southside will cool down. I really don’t think so! |
