I second this. I was in a situation where I was witness to a big group of wee neds arguing with each other and pedestrians. Talk of someone getting stabbed got thrown around. I’ve never seen a police response that large and fast after I told 999 I thought at least one wee fanny had a knife.
If you want this taken seriously that might be an option OP.
