It's all a balance of risk - if you wanted to be sure of not bumping into a nutter then you'd never go out. Similarly I wouldn't hang around the canal at 3am, but on a winter evening when there's still loads of folk out? I wouldn't worry too much
Or alternatively just run when it rains, that keeps the weirdos indoors :) |
