I'm starting to realise that my previous approach, which was very similar to yours, of being totally up front about our small, well-behaved dog, doggy CV with references from prior landlords for the dog, and emphasising the fact that we are incredible responsible tenants, will not work in this feeding frenzy of a market. So I'm not going to lead that way going forward. |
