Most people don't know, so they voluntarily move out quickly.
But you can dig in, pay your rent, and find somewhere you REALLY want to move to, there's no rush. You'll have a really pissed off landlord, but that's all. And if he takes you to court, so long as you continue paying your rent, and haven't completely wrecked the place, the court won't make you homeless. |
