Yes I forgot to mention that in my initial reply. There are gates in place along the main South pathway which I presume will be closed at some point soon. This path is part of the National Cycling Network Route 75. They had better have a proper diversion route prepared and sign posted.
That basically means there may be no through route at Glasgow Green at all. I see there is a temporary plastic pathway near Monteith Row at the North end of the Green but again there are lots of metal gates which if closed could restrict access there too. |
