You said it was a 10 min ride; could you walk or cycle? (I realise you may not be able bodied, just chucking ideas out.)
Could a colleague pick you up on the way in? Ask a neighbour? I assume the bus route (if there is one) would be tortuous, take all day, and cost the GDP of a small African nation.
But in summary, taxis in Glasgow are shite just now due to the lack of drivers. |
