Walking ins an hour, mildly uphill, for a job where I stand / walk for the whole day. Can't cycle for health reasons, and ended up asking a neighbour to drive me (luckily I have lovely people like that. My car should be back by next weekend and if not I will see if my neighbour could give me a lift again. Thanks for your suggestions and kind words!
