| Comment | Have you considered joining up with your other (nice) neighbours and putting in a joint signed complaint. I know with disputes like this, if it's just one on one, it's regarded as a "personality conflict" as opposed to something worthy of investigating. If the authorities had more complaints from other individuals rather than just you, you might have more success in getting something done? |
