The fact that Glasgow has always been more expensive than EK doesn't mean it's always been mad. People would rather live in Glasgow than a small town outside of Glasgow. To pretend the market isn't mental is to just wilfully ignore what's happening in front of you and the experiences of people who regularly post in here. The value of the flats close to me have gone up in value by about 20 grand in the past eight months. |
