Yea this is common. Generally there’s no reason to need to see the same one each time.
They see so many patients they don’t remember the ins and outs of every single person they see and rely on their notes which they’ll read prior to your appointment.
In the occasion you desperately need to see the same doctor again you can request them but it will probably take longer for an appointment.
