There’s plenty there. None of which touched upon the real issue here - the absolute robbery of GCC coffers to the tune of £600 per week, *per person*. If they have 10 homeless people that’s 6k a week and they can’t provide some simple amenities, cooked food, etc etc? Where do think all that money is going? Because it ain’t getting spent housing them.
