Yeh its \~£400 and stands up to wind less than the £110 Vango I replaced it with which can also be put up in the rain (without any faff of optional footprints etc). The Vango is slightly heavier (1.8KG vs 2.4KG) but I haven't tried optimising it yet (the optional straps, lighter pegs etc).

Hopefully getting the warranty repair on the Hubba and then selling it on and am fairly sure I can get something that is just as light, performs better in the wind for around the same price (Big Agnes maybe, havent really looked). While the Hubba Hubba somehow manages to be at the top of every review site, once you dig down into actual user comments (like on their own website - [https://www.msrgear.com/ie/tents/backpacking-tents/hubba-hubba-nx-2-person-backpacking-tent/06204.html](https://www.msrgear.com/ie/tents/backpacking-tents/hubba-hubba-nx-2-person-backpacking-tent/06204.html)) there are a lot of people who have the same issue, its a very nice and well built tent but it does not cope with wind very well.
