If I got a job I had to pay the council roughly 250 per week. But a pal in the same place was quoted 312 per week. Yet another was told he was gonna have to pay the full 600. Other people are given a 70% pay plan.
So this is yet another issue, it's this weird Kafka world where nobody knows any of the why's.
Throw in the fact you can contact homeless all day every day and never get any response.
One guy here called 70 times over a month. Every time told he'd get a call back, not one call back.
