| Comment | Just wanted to say that I will be surprised that any agent will be able to tell you the square area of the property. This is not listed in a filter criteria when you buy a property (they do include it in the home report) not to mention rental ones. Like most people I spoke to have no idea about the concept of property costing per sq metre.
I am not from the UK, this really bothers me and I wanted to share this with another fellow European. This is my little rant. |
