| Comment | Good luck getting your landlord to do anything if it needs all landlords to chip in to fix shit.
We had all our drains blocked, landlord sent a plumber, they broke a pipe on the outside of the building, which cleared the blockage but sent all wastewater into the back close area. Every time anyone above us or ourselves used water, it all flooded the back area. Some landlords didn't agree to pay up to fix it because apparently no damage was being done, but the person living on the bottom floor had to keep their windows shut otherwise their house would get flooded, not to mention water seeping in the actual close and to peoples doors.
