Scottish Enterprise for example waste over £200m a year for very little reward. Newspapers and TV generally just publish there press releases as the truth instead of critiquing them. Anyone who has worked there will tell you stories of huge amounts of money wastage and a group of highly paid execs just waiting for big payoffs to leave.
Would love for more public awareness and scrutiny around them and other quangos as it’s the only way to get MSPs attention, otherwise they just keep signing those cheques. |
