As the owner of one of the few remaining 1-bed flats with a proper kitchen, I massively disagree with this. Converting the kitchen into a 2nd or 3rd bedroom and creating an internal kitchenette or joint kitchen/lounge through conversion of cupboard space is pretty much the norm these days. |
