I would start with your GP as they'll be able to signpost/refer you to mental health services. However, also look up your local mental health team, usually called a "primary care mental health team". This is the one for the south of Glasgow who also take self referrals : https://www.wellbeing-glasgow.org.uk/
They have a really good website (anyone can use the materials on the site but you can only refer to them if you're in the south.) There will be a wait for therapy so:
If you can afford private therapy a good place to look is https://www.psychologytoday.com/gb/counselling/sct/glasgow and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is often the best option as it has the most evidence that it helps with anxiety, depression etc.
