Not everybody needs psychiatry though. I work in mental health and only a small portion of p people who have mental health issues need psychiatry as in most cases their GP is sufficient in terms of medication needs.
Glad you managed to get some help, it is so hard when you need to get private therapy but £35 is a great rate, I haven't seen many under £70
