Comment	My grandparents used to have a caravan at Maidens near Ayr. Several trips per summer. Good times. The excursions from Maidens were Girvan for the attractions/ arcade games and Ayr for shopping. 2 years ago I went to Ayr on the way back from a wedding. I've never seen such a change in a place. My childhood was slapped in it's wee face.
