Comment | Some shite maths I've made up to try and understand a £2mil valuation for a property that a newsagents is run from.
If the owner wants 10% return on the £2mil property, the newsagents pays £200k a year.
If the newsagents wants to keep their rent about 20% Their turnover then they have to be bringing in £1mil a year.
That's about £19k a week. Could a newsagents do that? |
