I actually worked there around 5 years or so ago as a stop gap between jobs.

They do have an office in the Philippines and they did run significant credit checks on me and what not for what was a shitty paying job.

I'm surprised your details were hacked, in the couple months I was there they were frustratingly above board and anal about things like GDPR and personal information. However, it's a low paying job and not a great place to work. There were stories of employees who had stolen bank details in the past. If you reported this to them with a strongly worded email threatening action I imagine they would answer you back.

Be glad you don't work there. It was easy for me at the time as I was a 10 minute walk away and they gave me a job straight away when I'd been made redundant but it was pish. Wages were shit, they treated you like shit, you answered phones but had no actual power to do anything so all felt pointless. They randomly changed my shift pattern with no consultation. Had a good bunch of people in my team though and got a good laugh sometimes. You were dead busy so your days flew in. If you showed up on time/ showed up at all you could basically do whatever you like because it was like a revolving door of staff.
