I've boxed for decades now and still use pure for my conditioning.
Pace at the four corners is great if your confidence is lacking at all, it's really quiet.
Glasgow club is a bit more expensive (about 25) but has a lot of staff who are very helpful *
* pure gyms biggest problem is it has next to no staff, probably why they can price so competitively. |
